Less than 24 hour notice may result in a charge equal to 20% of the reserved service amount.

Booking deposits on cancelled appointments may not be subject to refund.

“No Shows” may be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. After a no show or a late cancellation without 24 hour notice should occur, the guest may be asked to pre-pay their full service amount before booking their next service.

If a guest arrives more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, the guest may be asked to reschedule.

We do not make reminder calls for appointments. If you have registered with our online booking system, and have opted in for reminders, you will receive an email and/or text message reminder. If you do not receive the reminder message, the above policies will remain in effect.
